I’m a pastor, communicator, and ministry leadership coach passionate about helping church teams lead with ownership. As the founder of Leading Second, I’ve spent more than a decade walking alongside second chair leaders helping them build alignment, unity, and culture that lasts.

My leadership journey began in the local church, where I learned firsthand the challenges and rewards of serving faithfully under another’s vision. Today, through resources, events, and coaching, I’m committed to championing healthy leadership from the second chair and strengthening teams who carry the weight of the vision with their pastors.
